AHYD Seminar at PGMNHS reaches 134 students

          With the objective to help adolescents in managing their sexual responsibilities while achieving full personal development, Provincial Population Office-Outreach (PPO-Outreach) continues to conduct projects and programs that are deemed needed by the youth of today.

          PPO-Outreach Head Josefina T. Yaneza and staff conducted another Adolescent Health and Youth Development (AHYD) Seminar today (July 27) at Pedro Guevara Memorial National High School (PGMNHS) in Sta. Cruz, Laguna.

          Topics tackled were Images of Filipino Youth Today and Yesterday; Discovering Human Sexuality; Rediscovering the Journey of Adolescents; Threats Confronting the Youth; and Living Effectively with Your Parents.

          One hundred thirty-four (134) fourth year students of the school participated the AHYD Seminar.

          Speakers of the seminar were District IV Provincial Population Officer II Lucy G. Pailan; Majayjay Provincial Population Worker II (PPW II) Luz Somatiza; Sta.
