Gov. ER approves PGL-PUHDO originatorship to Innovation Ville HOAs

Last September 26, 2011, Governor Jeorge “E.R.” Ejercito Estregan approved the Provincial Government of Laguna's originatorship, through the Provincial Urban Development and Housing Office (PUDHO), to five Innovation Ville Homeowners Assosciation presidents.
The memorandum of agreement signing took place at the Governor's Office located at the Provincial Capitol Compound in Sta. Cruz, Laguna and was participated by Gov. ER, PUDHO Head Hernando Goma, and the five community association persidents.
Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), a financing institution that will cater the community associations' housing loan will is assured that PUDHO will act as creditor-mortgagee for the association, assist community associations on technical matters, and prepare all documents as required by the institution.
Precedent to the first two community associations from Calamba City who successfully paid the lot through community mortgage program of SHFC year 2007 and has 162% remittance on their monthly amortizations. (Article by Fidel G. Orina/Myrna P. Tandang)
