Laguna Traffic Management Office's Emergency Response Team (LTMO-ERT) responded to a vehicular accident at Brgy. Real in Calamba City, July 11, 2012.

At around 12:45 PM, a ten-wheeler truck, tricycle, and a sports utility vehicle (SUV) collided near the LTMO outpost leaving two (2) passengers injured.

According to Traffic Enforcer Michael Gahol, the truck was moving fast towards the direction of the tricycle and the SUV and hit the rear end of the tricycle; the tricycle then bumped into the SUV.

The victims were Domingo Beltran, 55 years old, who suffered head trauma, dizziness, nausea, and pain on his right shoulder and Susan Beltran, 52 years old, who suffered from swelling and abrasions. Both were given immediate medical attention and were transferred immediately to Dr. Jose P. Rizal Memorial District Hospital as assisted by ERT Nurse Airish Cacalda.
