Initiated by Governor Jeorge E.R. Ejercito Estregan, the project of acquiring a two-hectare piece of land in Brgy. Dingin, Pagsanjan has now succeeded.
Last April 7, 2011, the Municipal Government of Pagsanjan headed by the LMP President and Mayor Girlie “Maita” Ejercito finally handed over the Deed of Absolute Sale to the Dingin Home Owners Association who had been paying the land for the last four years.
One hundred sixty-seven (167) beneficiaries from the Dingin Home Owners Association is now expected to have individual titles of the land soon.
The project was made possible through the efforts of Governor Jeorge E.R. Ejercito Estregan, Mayor Girlie “Maita” Ejercito in coordination with the Provincial Urban Development and Housing Office headed by Engr. Hernando A. Goma, and District IV Housing Coordinator, Mr. Crispin O. Piñero.
