On April 4, 2011, Civil Service Commission (CSC) Region IV-A Director, Ms. Lydia A. Castillo awarded Laguna Governor, Hon. Jeorge E.R. Ejercito Estregan, Laguna Traffic Management Office (LTMO) Head Kalahi U. Rabago, and LTMO Traffic Enforcers Christopher R. Amparo and Reysan R. Aquino the Gantimpala Agad Award for their notable delivery of quality service.

The two traffic officers under Laguna LTMO were able to recover and return Mr. Julius M. Moliñawe’s wallet containing a sum of money worth 10,000 PHP. The said incident transpired last January 17, 2011 at around 7:00 PM while the two officers were performing their duties in Bangkal, Los Baños. The owner accidentally dropped his wallet when he rode his motorbike after eating at Twinkle Pop, a local restaurant in the said place.

This situation is truly a morale boosting example that despite the vivid temptation, still, the "NO TO KOTONG" policy of LTMO prevailed. Also, their action is a good example not only to all of traffic enforcers, but also to other govenment employees.
