Malayan Colleges Laguna holds Halloween festival

Provincial Peace & Order Office
November 3, 2016

In behalf of Governor Ramil L. Hernandez, Ms. Maricar Ambrosio Palacol, head of the Provincial Peace & Order Office (PPOO), delivered a timely message for students and teachers of the Filipino subject in the Malayan Colleges Laguna in Cabuyao, Laguna on October 28, 2016.

Under the supervision of Project Leader Professor Rogelio F. Valenzuela, they came up with a unique way of celebrating the Halloween holding Aswang Ka Festival themed “Malayan Laban sa Droga” which showcased not only their skills in turning into monster-like creatures but displayed more of their keen interest in supporting the administration’s fight against illegal drugs.

Real scary make ups and costumes greatly emphasized the students’ zombie-like movements as they acted like monster protesters while raising banners with slogans about the ill effects of illegal drugs.
