Moral Development Office

Through the private charitable organization Philippine Band of Mercy (PBM) in coordination with the Moral Development Office (MDO), eight cleft-lip and cleft-palate children underwent free surgical operation at the Laguna Provincial Hospital-Nagcarlan District Hospital on 06 September 2017, the fourth in a series of free reconstructive surgeries in the province.


During the final screeningthe day prior, Pastor Felix S. Ronquillo gave spiritual upliftment to the patients and parents, while MDO Chief TitaVenieCorcuera expressed that the free surgery is a great blessing to parents who have children with cleft lip and cleft palate.


Meanwhile, Pastor Ronald A. Abarro gave spiritual upliftment to twenty-one (21) Laguna Senior Citizens Association’s(LASCA) municipal and city presidents at the Vice Governor’s Extension Office on 05 September 2017. He exhorted them to keep their unity and do their best to support their provincial president because it is right and pleasing to God.


Pastor Abarro, on the other hand, received a Plaque of Appreciation on 01 September 2017 from the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) during the 23rd National Crime Prevention Month at SM Calamba City through NAPOLCOM Regional DirectorAngelito R. Ravanera.


Pastor Abarro was recognized for his unquestionable leadership, integrity and competence during the screening and validation process in the search for outstanding policemen, as well as his commitment and dedication in the moral and social development and serve as inspiration worthy of emulation to fellow leaders and members of society.
