LMC receives awards from PHO

On December 14, 2017 the Laguna Medical Center (LMC) received a Plaque of Recognition as Best Performing Level 2 Category Hospital and a Certificate of Recognition for the Successful Implementation of Family Planning Program in Hospital based on 2016 LGU Scorecard Result during the 4th Laguna Provincial Awarding Ceremony held at the Cultural Center of Laguna in Sta. Cruz, Laguna.

New barangay infrastructures in Sta. Maria, Laguna

Laguna University opens new school building

STA. CRUZ, Laguna –Governor Ramil L. Hernandez led the blessing, inauguration, and turn-over ceremonies for the opening of the new 4-storey, 32-classroom building of the Laguna University (LU) at the Laguna Sports Complex in Brgy. Bubukal, Sta. Cruz, on 14 August 2017.

Laguna 3rd and 4th districts receive grants

Barangays from the 3rd and 4th districts of Laguna received various grants from Governor Ramil L. Hernandez and the provincial government of Laguna at the provincial capitol Time Plaza in the form of medical equipment like blood pressure apparatus, wheel chairs, and nebulizers; as well as hand pumps, GI pipes, tents, air conditioning units, fiber glass boards, monoblock chairs, and umbrellas.

New blood bank in Calamba City breaks ground

CALAMBA CITY, Laguna - Governor Ramil L. Hernandez, together with Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Chairman & CEO Senator Richard J. Gordon, led the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a three−storey blood bank facility at Dr. Jose P. Rizal Memorial District Hospital on July 26, 2017 in this city. This venture is a collaborative effort between the Provincial Government of Laguna (PGL) and PRC Laguna Chapter with Mr. Jaime B. Ching as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
