Health Access Program (E.R. Orange Card)

Health is one of the major concerns under the administration of Laguna Govenor Jeorge E.R. Ejercito Estregan. Thus, to address the increasing needs and high cost for medical services of the people of Laguna, particularly the poor families, the kind-hearted Governor E.R. Ejercito Estregan launched the  Health Access Program or E.R. Orange Card to provide quality health services to the Laguneños.

Not only can the E.R. Orange Card provide access to medical services, but the holder may also avail free livelihood seminars that can help them find alternative sources of income to improve their way of living.

The E.R. Orange Card has a validity of three years and subject for renewal, two months before the expiration. In case of loss, the card holder must immediately report the matter to the Office of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development (OPSWD).
